I know it sounds crazy, but we’re so used to hearing that you need to be setting “SMART goals”, and while that is important, I’m going to share a few secrets with you today that are going to revolutionize the way you achieve your goals.

The first secret is write down a BIG goal.
The idea here is to select one BIG goal! Actually, I recommend you set a goal that might even scare you.

So, let’s pick one big goal for us to use as an example for today. Let’s pick Starting a Blog for Pinterest
Now this might seem like a really Big Goal, but I’m going to show you how to make this more manageable in secret #2.
The second secret is YOU must break that BIG GOAL into skills you need to learn.
The main thing to understand here is that anyone YOU consider successful has become successful by learning skills quicker than others and then implemented what they have learned
This means if you want to achieve success, if you want to accomplish your BIG Goals, you need to break them down into skills you need to learn.
So let’s do that right now!
For Starting a Blog on Pinterest…what do you need to learn?
I’m sure we could brainstorm a ton of different skills, but I’ve already pre-generated some brainstorm ideas to help get you in the flow of this process and I would wanted to walk through those with you today.
Some of the skills you may need to learn would be:
Product staging
Managing Pinterest Account
How to write blogs
Graphic Design
Email Marketing
SEO
The third secret is SHHHH…You have to have a plan to learn each of these skills
The main thing to understand here is that the process has to be easy and effective.
This is key because YOU & Me, we do not have a lot of free time just lying around…
Now, I know what you’re thinking:
That seems like a lot of skills to learn.
Well the tricky thing is that you have a few superpowers that you don’t even realize YOU have!
