Here’s the deal, goal setters can use time they already have to help them achieve their goals.
You see Goal Setters define Disposable Time as time you would have otherwise wasted.
Let me give you a few examples:
- Standing in line for coffee
- Waiting in the lobby at your doctor’s office
- Sitting in the waiting area while you are getting an oil change
All of these little pockets of time are called disposable time and you can actually use this time to achieve your goals.
I learned about this by taking the Double Dot Theory Challenge. Essentially, you use all of this disposable time over the course of 30-days and use it to learn a new skill.
